Vicino a York. Comoda pista ciclabile verso la cittá che é ottima anche per i runner. Il campeggio non è grande e non ha giochi ma è immerso nel verde e molto tranquillo. Bene per tende e camper. Bagni puliti.

Stayed at this lovely site for 3 nights with my 3 children to spend a weekend exploring York. Lisa was very quick to respond to my email and booking was very efficient. The site was perfect for what we needed, lovely clean toilet and shower block, washing up facilities and level hardstanding pitches. We used the park and ride which was a couple of minutes down the road from the site and so easy to hop on the bus into York city. Will definitely stay again, thank you

Lovely 2 night stay. Clean, tranquil, fantastic facilities. Warm welcome from Lisa the lovely owner who kindly accommodated us to be sited next to family on request. Love the fact the bus stop into York is only at the top of the lane. Will definitely stay again and have already recommended to others. Thank you Lisa ?

Just got back from a lovely week at this beautiful campsite. If you want peace and quiet then this is the place to be. Lovely clean tidy site and lovely walks which our Tilly loved . Place to be for visiting York, either walk along a tarmac path along the river ouse, drive or there is a bus stop at the end of the road. Facilities are spotless clean and the owners are lovely friendly people. Our first time visiting this site but definitely won't be our last, from Phil, Julie and Tilly

Perfect location, clean site,excellent facilities. Lots of space for my van on well maintained pitches and possibility of using a fire pit/barbecue on the hard standing. The number 30 bus stops nearby on the main road & takes around 18 minutes into the centre of York.
Many thanks to Lisa for maintaining such a great site -we will be back!

Great little site. We reported a problem and it was dealt with immediately which was brilliant. Site is quiet even though it is close to A19. Great facilities for the site of about an acre. Easy to get buses into York. The only problem is and it has nothing to do with the site, that the sign for the road is half way up the lamppost opposite the turning. It's the first right past the pub. If you get to the garden centre you've missed the site which we did, twice. ?

So lucky to have found this wonderful cosy campsite. Nice clean showers and toilets. Lovely and peaceful. Also flat.Excellent value for money. We shall return as unfortunately could only stay for one night.Definitely a place to stop . Just over a mile to park and ride that will take you into York. 100 yards from garden centre with beer garden. |Linda

Lovely little site tucked away from the main road. The toilet and shower facilities are spotless as is the outside washing up area. The owners are so friendly. Booked for 1 night to try out our new motorhome and will definitely be booking another stay.
