A great camp for kids and adults alike. I really got to walk around and see the entire camp yesterday. And it is really nice and well done. All the buildings are clean. They look new, they're well capped, there's more than enough activity for the summer camps for the kids.

They hold extra events such as bike races, which I was at yesterday, called the lord of the springs bike race. They had a fantastic turnout with a lot of great people showing up. I truly enjoyed myself yesterday.

Fantastic Y Staff appreciation day! Delicious chili, cider, and donuts. Meal options varied with spreads for vegetarians. Rocking out activities ranged from archery, painting, tie-dying, horses, to somores. All with multi-generational participation. Staff welcoming and encouraging. Thank you Camp Manitou-Lin! Until next visit!

Our 10 year old participated in a week-long overnight camp at Camp Manitou-Lin. This was her first experience with an overnight camp, and she had an incredibly positive experience! She was able to take part in a lot of activities and was kept very busy. But I think the best part for us was that she felt safe and had incredibly positive relationships with her camp counselor and all the camp staff. She will definitely be back!

My son is 9 and attended a mini sleep-away camp for the first time. He loved his experience and his consoler was great. We are excited to sign him up for a full week next year.

HI! its Teegan I'm that weird 13 year old horse girl and have been coming here for years. I LOVE that staff. Rachel and Daisy in the walnut cabin this year were awesome. nurse weezie is low key kinda an angel. she just appears like outta thin air and restores everyone's faith in humanity once more. she can do no wrong. maggie and Carrie are literally the best ever!!! I love the horses here. ok that's a lie. there's one horse who I don't love. Cinco. I really still love him, he just makes me mad. like a tired mom who loves her kid but kinda finds them annoying. Also there's international staff. I mean what more could you really ask for?
As much as I LOVE the camp, I do believe it could use some changes coming from a yearly visitor. First of all, the food. Now, coming from a school that serves mold, hairy food, and uncooked meals, this is a big improvement... trust me. The food here is fine I guess. Everything you'd expect at a camp. I'm thankful they have decent vegetarian options. But there have been multiple cases of hair inside my food. Staff are nice and I love the deserts. but that long strand inside of the veggie hot dog will haunt me forever.
I have a few more complaints and suggestions, but its like 3:00 AM and i'm tired. Overall I love this camp with my heart and I always will. Sincerely, Teegan Dix
PS if u know me, send this to Maggie, Lilly, Daisy, and Rachel and say hi and I love you to them for me. I hope they're doing good. Anyways, enough sentimental stuff. I love you guys. 🙂 bye.

So first of all, my friends chicken nuggets where purple on the inside, not sure if they are supposed to look like that but 2 other kids threw up after eating the food. Another thing is that the activities are very far away, great if you like hiking but me not so much. Also there where caterpillars every square inch of the ground. Also cabins are very uncomfortable, I got less than an hour of sleep. The no cell phone policy makes it harder to communicate with your parents at camp, so you are kind of on your own, I went yesterday for 6th grade camp, I don't recommend going, still tired after being home for once.
