Words and even pictures can't convey the beauty of this place and of our hosts. When we arrived on the main street, Simone was waiting for us on his motorcycle to lead the way up to the Villa parking spot. We then met Serena, and they proceeded to unload our bags and walk down the path to our unreal and unimaginable views for the next 4 nights. There was a beautiful fruit buffet waiting for us, with a bottle of extra dry Blanc de Blancs sparkling wine being chilled. They showed us and our 4 kids around the property to constant "wow"s. The children were so excited about the turtles and fish they would be feeding once a day, and we were so grateful to have a fully stocked pantry with a huge amount of breads, cookies, pastries, fruit, butter, jams, eggs, milk, cereal, water, coffee and other essentials for our stay. There was also a fridge full of Sparkling Wines and Prosecco's, as well as some shelves of Red Wines, all with very reasonable price tags in case we wanted to partake from the collection during our stay. This separate pantry area included a washing machine and dryer, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, panini press and hot water boiler. It had more than enough plates, cutlery and flatware, as well as napkins, paper towels, detergents and cleaning products. As we made our way into the main house with beautiful rustic interior, there was a separate kitchen area with a stove and sink, more cupboards with additional serving and wine glasses, and a large table to easily fit 12 people. The living room area had a large sofa with Netflix and other accounts specific to the villa ready to go. There were 2 staircases for separate sleeping areas, which we appreciated, to get a small break from our kids. The master area had additional bedrooms and a beautiful patio where I spent mornings meditating and afternoons having a cigar and writing. The property exterior had so many amazing areas to relax and unwind, with unparalleled views of the lake. Aside from sending us suggestions on places to visit and where to get essentials ahead of our stay, Serena continued to be an excellent point of contact during our stay to help guide us, make dinner and lunch reservations, and book us for a private boat tour of the lake (highly recommended), where we had the chance to really take in as much as possible from our experience. The restaurant recommendations by Serena were also all excellent! This was not a typical AirBNB, it felt like what AirBNB is supposed to be... having amazing hosts such as Serena and Simone added a new level to the experience that really elevated every part of our stay and made us feel both secure and well taken care of. I just want to thank you both for such an amazing stay and we very very much look forward to coming back.

Stayed at Villa Rosch in June for 7 nights. We were a party of 4 (2 couples). The property exceeded our expectations and the views over Lake Como are absolutely stunning. Our hosts, Serena and Simone, could not have done enough for us, their service from time of making enquiries to departing the property was outstanding. They have thought of everything and made our stay so memorable. The pantry was fully stocked with breakfast items and snacks and there was a great selection of wine to purchase from their wine fridge in the pantry, which we rather indulged in! On arrival we had Prosecco and fruit platters to welcome us, which was a lovely touch. We booked a 2hr boat trip with them for our first day to get our bearings around the Lake, this was a fantastic experience and again they provided complimentary Prosecco and snacks and lots of information about the area. We also booked their Dinner at home experience which is an absolute must, they made our evening so special and the food was fab! Cannot rate this villa high enough. If you are looking for an amazing place to stay with fabulous views, great hosts, just a little over an hour’s drive from Milan Linate airport but within a short drive or ferry to all the must see places around Lake Como, do not hesitate to book. Hope to be back soon!

Highly recommend Villa Rosch at Lake Como. The views are beyond compare and the property is spectacular. You can walk down the hill to Lezzeno and a short drive to Bellagio. There is a professional kitchen and it is stocked with all your needs. We loved the pool and all the different lounge areas. Serena and Simone were the best and always available for any need you have. Very professional and the nicest people you will meet. They have put a lot of work into making this a top-notch property.

We had the most incredible stay at Villa Rosch! Serena and Simone are the most helpful and attentive hosts- they helped us make reservations, gave us all kinds of useful information and their beautiful villa is a one of a kind stay! There is a fantastically stocked pantry with all kinds of goodies, the view is unparalleled of Lake Como, and the location is perfect. We honestly could not have picked a better spot for our vacation, and are already looking forward to coming back. You will not regret a stay at this amazing place!

We had the best holiday ever at this beautiful, serene house, with stunning views on the lake and a nice pool. The service and help from owners Serena and Simone was a 10 out of 10. Info, tips and help before and during our stay: it couldn’t be better. Our kids enjoyed the house, the pool and also the feeding of the fish and turtles. There are a lot of nice restaurants in the proximity and a steep walk down (and up) leeds you to the lake for a late-night dive. Thanks for everything and we hope to come back in the future.

I almost hated to share pictures of Villa Rosch with friends and family back home out of fear that the beautiful images would incite immediate jealously. Our collective jaw dropped upon entering the property and seeing the amazing view from the expansive pool/patio/enclosed porch. The rooms were incredibly spacious and comfortable with high performing individual AC units. The bathrooms were modern and towels were abundant. However, the physical attribute of the property pales in comparison to the thoughtfulness of its hosts, Serena & Simone. This adorable couple truly thinks of everything. We were greeted with a lavish charcuterie spread and found an extremely well stocked kitchen. We did not have to shop for breakfast groceries at all given their generosity. We enjoyed all of their handy gadget includes a panini press, toaster, two different coffee makers, tea kettle, water filter/chiller, milk frother and electric juicer! We also elected to have Serena & Simone cook for us one night instead of dining out and we are so glad we did! They did a fabulous job and presented a beautiful, delicious meal at a great value. We especially enjoyed chatting with them and learning more about their background over the course of the evening. Cannot recommend Villa Rosch highly enough!

We spent a long weekend here and absolutely loved it. The experience in real life is even better than the lovely pictures of the home and view. Serena and Simone are are attentive hosts and the amenities and experience was truly 5 star. Will absolutely return for a future visit.

This is an absolutely incredible villa with the most friendly hosts. The views were stunning and the property was full of details that made it feel like home. The pictures do not do it justice. We stayed there a week and all of us were sad to leave. We hope to be back soon to Lake Como and can’t imagine staying anywhere else when we do.
