Most people that I've met really love it here. Matt and Ann have both been wonderful, this is a great spot for long term camping, RV storage, ect. Matt has very reasonable pricing and will work with you on any issue, and has gone above and beyond to accommodate us here at surmont. The rules are straightforward, be respectful and responsible, the usual common sense stuff. Bathroom and showers are far better then I've seen in most campgrounds, and the neighborhood is friendly.

I've been here for two years now and I can say that the owner is really nice and helpful. This place is really quite, you can bearly hear the traffic go by. Full hook up, some with 30 amp some with 50 amp. The people here are friendly. Would recommend this place to any body. His got lots of room to store any camper, boat's, cars etc.

Short answer, hillbilly campground.
Long answer : Was seriously looking into purchasing a seasonal lot I spoke with someone on the phone a couple of times and it sounded great. I went out to spend a week camping as a guest before putting down real money, I met the owner (who looked like a serial killer), and he put me in a dilapidated lot between a rundown shed and some cement pillars left over from a failed structure.... I asked for a better lot (there were many) I was told if I don't like it I can leave. So I did.

We liked storing our camper at this site. It's very conveniant and the people running it are very nice and helpful. I am not sure how the previous rating got in there. Enjoy!

Perfect spot! Friendly hosts. We had shade all day. Quiet. Dogs allowed for no extra fee. We had a great week-end. Thank you ?

My wife and I went there to get some info and the manager Ann was so friendly and very informative on all aspects of the site I will be there soon with my RV. I would highly recommend it.

Great camping spot . Just found out about that place this year. We love it here.lots of room for the kids to play . Power and water to most spots . We will be lifers here ?
