Was alright. It’s a Staples. Lady who helped us was nice. I was dropping off an Amazon package. Was odd how it “needed” to fit a certain box and I had to pay to have a label printed $4 next time I’ll have it picked up at my house as I spent more going out then I would have staying home.

Excellent customer service! Today I went into return an Amazon package and I was told by the associate Bella about their printing services that you can custom make! I will definitely use this for my business as a chiropractor!

Stefano was also super helpful in helping me figure out what sort of speakers I need. He even did some research on the computer with me! Great staff here ! Thanks guys!

Dealing with Joe was outstanding. He was nothing but helpful and when I still had issues he refunded me no questions asked. He then set me up with something on sale, and it was perfect. Great customer service!

I barely write reviews but this location is just awful. Multiple occasions now, I have gone in to print only 1-5 sheets on the heavier stock paper - which an employee has to help us on. There is always way more staff than customers within the store and they still do not help you. I needed to print 4 sheets, 7 employees were behind the counter, 4 were on their phones and talking to each other. I was told I can’t print because they were busy. Then one employee handed me 4 empty sheets of paper? Another time I went in and it was completely empty, while 4 employees were behind the desk. I needed only ONE sheet printed and they told me it wasn’t possible and I would need to pick it up the next day because they’re busy. I left and came back and another employee helped me, then overcharged me $5.20 for one sheet of paper. Worst service at a Staples I’ve been to.

Terrible experience this morning the mobility sales reps seemed confused about what they can sell. I was able to get what I needed from the Bell location in town without any issues.

Visited this location for the first time. I usually print and bind documents. The representative said she couldn’t give a print time frame citing low staffing. She wanted to review my documents and as reiterating she can’t print as fast as other locations. Not sure why she would discourage business. She was extremely unhelpful. Please improve your services.
