Liked: Fab site,
Working farm with a large (immaculate field) to stay in. Some pitches even have hot tubs.
The toilet block was simple, yet clean and well kept. (Didn’t use the showers as only there for 1 night)
Chickens and cockerels on site were lovely, and being a working farm, it was nice to hear the cockerel in the morning. ?
We loved the little robot lawnmower. Keeping the grass perfect at all times.
The pitches were all generous sizes too.
Highly recommend.

Liked: The pod was clean and comfort table with plenty of space between ours and the pods on either side. The hot tub was clean and set up ready for us on arrival, logs were provided and for £5 we were able to rent a tripod to have a bbq on. The host was very accommodating and friendly the toilets were clean and smelt fresh. Would recommend this site to anyone travelling in the area.

Liked: Quiet location .Friendly staff (David). Pod was clean. No problems with checking in. Great that you got a bag of logs for each night. The hot tub was hot and ready to go for our arrival. Nice size hot tub .

Disliked: One shower for the whole site. Toilets were ready for an update and the sink area to wash up. Mattress could have been a little thicker. Maybe a few hooks inside the pod to save a bit of room .

Liked: Fantastic site! Haven’t camped for 28 years and it was the kids’ first time (6yo and 7yo).

It was clean, well maintained, beautiful and easy to get to. The pitches are a decent size and the owner was really welcoming.

We’ll definitely be back.

Disliked: The lock on the furthest ladies toilet stall was a bit sticky. That was literally it.

Just came home from a three night stay at sharpley camping and we've had the most relaxing camping trip ever! The wood fired hot tub was exceptional and was a very nice addition to have with our pitch, we've stayed at a fair few camp sites but this one for sure is our favourite the owner was so nice when we arrived he came around daily made sure we had wood and fire lighters and made sure the hot tub had the correct level of chlorine in.||The site itself is very clean and well maintained I think the little robot lawnmower was fantastic.||We will be back next year and we will be staying longer We were gutted packing up this morning I wish we had booked a longer stay.||I would highly recommend this camp site you won't be disappointed.

We absolutely loved sharpley, feel like we have found a hidden gem!!! We spent mon-fri camping here with a hot tub and truly feel relaxed after coming home. ||The site is small & pitches give you plenty space. David was very welcoming and on hand if you need him. The facilities are all you need, there’s two male and two female toilets with one shower for the site but theres never a wait and even though the site wasnt full I think it would still be sufficient if it were. ||location is perfect for exploring the local area, everywhere is easily accessible but when you are onsite you feel like you are in the middle of nowhere! ||The site is peaceful and feels safe, sitting by the firepit after coming out the hot tub was just bliss! The wood fired hot tub takes a bit of perfecting to get the temperature right but once you crack it its definitely worth paying a little extra for! The robot gave us some entertainment as it cut the grass and we will defo be back!! Thanks sharpley!!!

We stayed here for 2 nights with and had a great time. We had a massive pitch, which was great as we have a rather large tent and a rather large dog. We couldn't have been made to feel more welcome and the guy running the campsite was always on hand to answer any questions. The hot tub is awesome. The site is well maintained and very quiet which is ideal. The amenities are basic but the peace and quiet more than make up for that. We had booked for the weekend earlier, but the dog had to go to vet. They amended our booking without a problem.

I camped here on a grass pitch for four nights. It's a lovely campsite. It's peaceful and relaxing. The pitches are great. Nice and flat and well drained and spaced out nicely. I had a night away on a festival campsite in up in Sunderland on the Saturday night for the Monument Festival and took another tent and set of equipment for that and had no worries about leaving my set up here overnight. I had a great time at the festival but was really genuinely happy when I arrived back at Sharpley the next morning and was welcomed by the mesmerising sight and sound of the automatic mower gently going about It's business.
