Our first time here, and we wanted a centralized location to all the beautiful places and things to do near BlueRidge. This campground made the top of my list in places to camp. The sites are roomy and private and right on Blue Ridge Lake. It’s gorgeous. Our spot was #7 and we would come back to it again and again. The campground is pretty basic but very nice. The bathhouses are great- high pressure, warm showers with nice tile. Very clean! There is no camp office, but a nice fellow comes to greet you at your site. It was a quiet place with fishing, canoeing, kayaking, (swimming if you want). The lake was a dreamy turquoise and clean.

Absolutely beautiful campsites here! Lots are right on the water! I made a full walkthrough video on my YT channel outdoormary if you want a more in depth review. The new bath house is clean and modern too! As an added bonus, the camp host, I believe his name is RD, was very friendly, professional, and down to earth! You can tell that he takes pride in maintaining a comfortable and welcoming environment at the campground.

Loved camping ? there. Beautiful and well kept campground. Nice, clean bathrooms with hot water. Great trails to hike on and pet friendly, which for me is a huge plus because I don't go camping where my boy Milo can't. I'm definitely gonna make another trip there in the future. ?

Beautiful well kept campground with lots of great tent sites and walking opportunities. Some are walk in sites, most have a parking space in site for your vehicle, and others are good for RVs. Some sites have electricity and water hookups, others don't and are more primitive. All sites do have a picnic table, fire ring, and a flat place to set up a tent or canopy. The bathrooms are very clean and warm with heaters on the ceilings. There are 3 stalls with toilets and 3 stalls with showers in the girls bathroom. 1 shower and 1 toilet are handicapped and larger than the others. I love that the showers have benches and plenty of hooks to keep your things dry. Be aware that the showers are more of a push button situation and I didn't see a way to change the heat setting, but they sure felt great on a cold winter morning after tent camping.
We visited in February and all sites were first come first served with the option to book online for most. We loved many of the sites and the beautiful views of the lake. We can't wait to come back and do more exploring next time.

Beautiful camp sites with very few campers at the end of October! Hallelujah —peace and quiet and plenty of room to relax, have big campfires and star gaze! Diana, campground host, was super friendly and made sure we had everything we needed for our stay.

Beautiful location. I am unfortunately stuck on a site next to the *manager*. He runs his generator all night and keeps a set of string lights lit. I guess he is afraid of the dark? Rules state no generators after 8 pm, but, here we are. He also sleeps through the start of his shift so the camp host and his child come and call his name repeatedly to wake him (and everyone else nearby). First photo at midnight. Second at 10pm before he returned.

Nice, quiet wooded campground on Lake Blue Ridge. Tent and RV sites available. Some with water and electric. Some without. We stayed at site 33 which has no hookups but a beautiful lake view. All sites have a picnic table and fire pit. Bathrooms were clean and well kept.

The park is gorgeous in early/mid-October right as the leaves begin to fall. The lake is stunning and visible from so many points of the park. The bathrooms, showers, and the entire park are very clean. RV spots with hookups were easy to get in and out of. The best part has been the camp hosts and RD. We were on vacation that was unexpectedly and indefinitely extended as we couldn't return home due to Hurricane Milton. The hosts worked together to help extend our stay and found which sites were available for our larger RV to move around to. It was a very stressful time for us and their accomodations meant so much to us and ensured we had a place to call home for a few extra days. We will most definitely be back soon!
