We live just outside of Amarillo and I'll be glad when one if these days we get an HEB, but until then we'll take a little drive to Lubbock.
When we go to HEB we mainly go for their store brand coffee and try to buy a years worth at a time. Their HEB brand coffee has absolutely amazing flavors and is consistent grind after grind, cup after cup.
Their produce section is always beautiful, and set up in a eye catching display that makes you want to just enjoy the beauty.
Let's talk sushi, I love sushi, anytime we can get dinner out we almost always agree to sushi, but at a grocery store? Well HEB sushi section is the bomb! Made fresh on site, in all the favorite flavors, at a really affordable price.
These things are what we usually buy, but the store overall is just a beautiful site, always well stocked and clean.

I had a last minute ballon/flower order for my daughter’s birthday and Abby came through!! She was very kind and knowledgeable. She was very quick but accurate as well. I’m thankful she was here this morning, she made my day better!!

Have always loved going here even though I don't live near this store at all it's still my main grocery store I Shop at. I'd rather buy all my produce and meat here because of how fresh it is and most of all local. Pretty busy atmosphere but going through shopping lines to pay out are still quick and enjoyable.

As someone who grew up eating and loving Mexican candy, I appreciate this assortment. The three Pulparindo flavors they have (the yellow, red, and green bags mid-right of picture) are my all-time favorite Mexican candy.

NO DIFFERENT THAN "WALMART" RIGHT ACROSS THE STREET WITH THE SAME WALL COLOR AND EVERYTHING. THEY DON'T EVEN DESERVE A 1 STAR. SAD TO SEE ALL THESE MINIONS ACTING SELF IMPORTANT JUST BECAUSE OF A NAME. I HAD HIGHER EXPECTATIONS MAYBE RED AND YELLOW COLOR WALLS. NO THEY USED THE OLD PASSIVE COLORS GREY AND BLUE. THEY DON'T WANT PEOPLE IN THIER STORE, THEY WANT THE AMAZON ONLINE MARKET.

it pains pains me to even think about writing something negative towards H-E-B. I’ve lived in many towns, and H-E-B has always been my go to grocery store. I love everything they stand for, and I was over the moon excited that Lubbock was getting one.

Unfortunately Every time I try to shop there in person, always met with a rude employee. Tonight at the front desk was just the straw on the camels back as far as rude. I’ve been in the store well over an hour. I was trying to get out of the store, I had already checked out with groceries, already been to the pharmacy, and needed one more thing before I left.

I know H-E-B has the capability of doing better, because I love every other store. Just not worth the hassle if there’s not employees willing to help you in person. Better off, going to a competitor store where they are smiling and glad that you came in, and most importantly willing to help.

This store takes pride in the online shopping with curbside pickup. The shoppers do a remarkable job in getting all the items on list and when you pull up to pick up, there is a team that is busy bringing out groceries. The app is easy to use (does not dump the list as others do) and add to daily for anything that I've run out of.

I've honestly not once bought any oranges that didnt have mold at this HEB. And its not just one orange or orange type. Cuties, tangarines, mandarin, blood orange, grapefruit, all of the sweet citrus. Not sure if the produce comes in this way or if it picks up the mold in store but its a problem. Otherwise, no notes for this HEB
