Beautiful acres of park! Walking trails, kids playground, soccer fields, what more to ask for!!!! Plenty parking! Sad the small river dried up, but nice to walk across the parking lot to walk the ruins if dam trails!

Nice park with soccer fields , walking trail around the fields and a small trail by the river , most of the river has dried up but the remaining part is nice

Beautiful river with varying depths of water near the west end parking. Lots of scenery to look at and plenty of nearby parking. It is FREE to have a nice afternoon at Five Mile Dam. Update 07/03/25. There is plenty of water to swim in the river today.

Beautiful park but currently the dam is dry as dry can be! If planning to kayak or paddleboard definitely check into the water levels before visiting. There was a little bit of water, but not much at all. Wonderful location to get out hiking!

Stopped by during a road trip. I didn’t mind that the basin was dry. The dam is scenic and fun to climb on. There is a path down with a sort of lookout platform that offers a good view. Seems like a mix between a neighborhood park and natural area. It could be better kept up, but it did make my heart happy.

Great location for walking, running or just enjoying the outdoors. Lovely neighborhood and just an overall great place to spend some time at.

Beautiful park full of different things for anyone to do. You can swim run,play soccer, and plenty of other sports. The only thing I had an issue with was the restrooms were closed when there was so many people needing them. Other than that,we will definitely be back.

Love this fun relaxing park! There is plenty of space and lots of area to explore. The water is cold and refreshing!! The kids and I had fun jumping off of the tiny waterfall. There was the sweetest local kid telling everyone where to jump. We had a blast.
