Everyone at the local hospital seems to care about their patients, they were great. Only reason this isn’t 5 stars is due their payment system with people based overseas. They can take the payment from your credit card immediately, but claim it takes 30 days for a refund. Never pay ahead for services you may not use.

Staff were very fast, efficient, and most importantly very kind. We ate from Florida and my husband broke his ankle on the way to the airport flying to Little Rock and visiting friends in Morrilton . We were saw by the ER staff and ER Doctor. I also want to mention Mrs Dottie in the medical records Department. As we were from out of state and was being referred to an Orthopedic Surgeon for possible and with her kindness and very fast work ethic we had our approval at 8:30am the next morning.

Everyone was very responsive to our needs. We were updated about lab tests and X-ray results. Katie, our nurse was so kind and helpful. Very good care in a trying situation for us.

Always get excellent care and respect when using CHI St Vincent in Morrilton! They care about the community and most of them know you when you come in. Care is always top notch from housekeeping and dietary needs, to nursing and physicians! Had an MRI Friday and got results same day! That’s fast and efficient! Love our hometown hospital!

Went in with severe pain in upper abdomen and my back and they pumped me full of all different kinds of meds. Didn't have a clue what was going on. Dr Dixon seemed like he was rushing through everything. They didn't even X-ray me or anything. I'm going to Conway to get a second opinion and will never go back to this hospital.

I've had a pretty rough go with it since the 23rd of September and been really sick these guys have done everything every antibiotic that could be given treat my pneumonia and the fluid on my head ears and neck the steroid shots really helped I'm starting to feel a lot better I'm feeling like getting out and doing things again I would recommend these guys to all my friends the best staff the friendliest people you'd ever want to meet thank you chi St Vincent

My overall experience was grand, however the tele-conferences with the main doctor in LR, I think Dr. Law was his name, left me feeling cold and with a very impersonal experience. I told my PCP what a great hospital CHI Morrilton was. His reply was: “Do you know what makes a great hospital? The nursing staff.” I feel he is absolutely correct!!! The nursing staff at Morrilton CHI could NOT BE BETTER! I was admitted to hospital Monday morning, and released by Dr. Law at about 2:00 p.m. Tuesday. When I had to return on Wednesday evening, Doctor Young, was on duty. He also is an outstanding professional person, but kind, compassionate and understanding. I could tell he would liked to have done more for me, but I was released. That left my 80 year old, half blind husband driving me home. As we drove into our driveway in Shirley, AR at 3:00 a.m. Thursday, I told him: “You just won the husband of the year award!”
I know how the system works in just about any field anymore. I think it goes something like this…
Insurance..Money..Money..Insurance. Also, tele-conferencing is very cost effective in terms of time and money, but does very little toward personal care. That is one thing that is being lost for this generation, personal contact. As a people we are loosing the human touch..IT’s dying!!!

I had a very good experience with nurses anesthesia & Dr Nawar. Everybody was very caring. Made my procedure more tolerable!
