We got a lovely pitch...the campsite was well maintained and the pitches separated with mature shrubs. It was a flat area and the grass was lovely. The owners were very friendly...they had provided a fridge freezer and a kettle in a little kitchen for all to use....well placed for touring.

We have been touring Cornwall (motorhome) for many years, but have never visited Bos Verbas - until now......
3 days in this fabulous location suited us down to the ground.
David gave us a wonderful welcome and explained the lay of the land and best routes to the beach (Praa Sands - 20 min walk).
The campsite is small, quiet, spotless and dog friendly (for us a must). There are three great pubs within spitting distance of the site each serving great food. The morning walk across the golf course to Praa Sands was great for the dogs and the choice of coffee shops great for us.
Note For Motorhome Drivers - it's 'A' roads all the way - no scary 'breathe-in' moments and all the on-site pitches are 'MASSIVE' (much much bigger than the norm).
This site is highly recommended - we shall certainly be re-booking.

This place is absolutely amazing - a proper gem! Visited in May 2023 and have booked again for May 2024. The owners are sooo lovely and helpful. I had a nightmare with my car breaking down on my travels down from Scotland and ended up arriving a day late, and they were so nice about it. The sea views, the stars, the sunsets - unbeatable. Small site with generous pitches, very quiet and relaxed. Facilities are all top notch. Some lovely people staying there as well! After my nightmare drive down, a lovely Welsh couple helped me put up my tent and gave me a glass of bubbles! ? There is even a small garden greenhouse where you can sit, and they sell amazing plants and local prints there too. Location is great as well, easy to get about! 10/10 ⭐️

We stayed here in June this year (2023). We were met by David, who welcomed us and guided us onto the site and showed us where everything was. We were amazed by how huge and lovely our pitch was. The showers and toilets were spotless and we never had to wait to use them. There is also a kitchen where you can prepare food, wash dishes and a fridge/freezer where you can store any food that won't fit in your own fridge. We made use of these facilities. We also met Ruth who has a selection of home grown plants for sale. We bought some as they were lovely and she spent time with us, telling us how to care for them. Both Ruth and David are very nice and welcoming and there if you need anything. The entrance was a bit tight but with caution fairly easy depending on the size of your outfit. We have a 6.42 m caravan and we didn't have a problem. We had a lovely holiday in the area and visited many places. It was always lovely to come back "home" to our caravan. The site was always peaceful and quiet and we would definitely recommend it if you like a peaceful and restful holiday. Thank you Ruth and David for making us feel so welcome.

The Lookout is absolutely amazing, David and Ruth have worked very hard to make sure that you have everything you need for your stay. The cottage is perfect with lots of space and is so comfortable.
The site is so quiet and relaxing, if you sit in the sun room all you can hear is the sound of birdsong.
The view from the cottage is stunning and to watch the mist rolling in from the sea was beautiful, something we had not experienced in Cornwall before.
We will definitely be returning to the Lookout in the future.

What a beautiful site. Huge pitches boarded by hydrangeas. Very clean toilets and showers. Nice walk down to the beach (praa sands) via the golf course. Lots of local information in the site hut and the owner was very pleasant. Possibly the nicest site we’ve ever stayed on. ?

Came here for 3 nights whilst touring Cornwall. 1st thing is the view over praa sands. Absolutely stunning. We were met by David and Ruth who showed us all the amenities in a relaxed and friendly manner. All pitches are very spacious and the site is immaculate. There is a small kitchen area with a fridge for use if needed and the toilets/shower are clean. From this site ypu get the impression david and Ruth are very proud of it and rightly so. In all a great little site, a short walk via a golf club to the beach and a 15 min walk to nearest pub and shop. I highly recommend it.

What a wonderful little camp site. Immaculate grassed areas with bushes/fencing dividing camping pitches. Extremely quiet apart from the bird song. The toilets, showers and washing up area are all spotlessly clean. The owners are lovely too! We will definitely be back.
