Una esperienza che consiglio di fare a tutti. Appartamenti stupendi affacciati sul Lago di Como immersi nel verde. Con monili D'epoca che ti fanno sognare. La Signora Lucia attenta padrona di casa . Accogliente che ti fa trovare una casa pulita e in cui non manca nulla. Questa bella casa e a due passi dal borgo antico di Rezzonico dove ci sono spiaggete deliziose e un piccolo castello
Un parcheggio comodo a fine paese e anche sotto casa sulla strada statate Regina a due passi da negozi e 2 fantastici ristoranti e per visitare tutto il lago di Como e il punto ideale per partire andateci farete un'esperienza che vorrete rivivivere come noi. Rapporto qualità prezzo favoloso

First, you meet Lucia, a true hostess for whom kindness and generosity are second nature, and who ensures that you will feel entirely at home in this wonderfully welcoming apartment. We thought we were just getting a room, but it turned out to be a most beautiful, compact apartment, with a large, bright and airy bedroom cum sitting/dining-room, a charming throughly equipped kitchen, a separate bathroom, and a pleasant entrance. Undoubtedly, the star attraction is the balcony from the main room with a stunning view over the lake and the mountains. The access road just below is very quiet, so that there's really nothing separating the house from the lake. You go to sleep hearing the waves lapping against the shore, and wake up to birdsong and sun streaming in the large windows. Pure delight! All decorated simply but tastefully in a highly atmospheric old house. If you are staying on a B&B basis, the kitchen is just for preparing breakfast (in our case, Lucia left a feast of goodies all ready, fresh bread and jams, delicious home-made cake, eggs, yoghurts, orange juice, tea, coffee, all kinds of extras...). This gave us the freedom to have breakfast at whatever time suited us, which made us feel all the more at home, and we loved to sip our morning juice out on the balcony. For those who prefer, it's also possible to rent the apartment on an independent basis (i.e. not B&B), and in that case guests have full use of the kitchen for all their meals. There are two apartments, ours was on the higher floor. If you come up directly from the road in front of the house, there are many steps. However, if you continue past the house (about 80 metres, heading in a northerly direction), there is a rough path on your left that allows you to climb gently up to the apartment with no steps at all! (Great if you have heavy bags). In that case, you arrive at the back of the house and you walk into a beautiful lovingly-tended garden. For anyone travelling without a car, the C10 bus from Como or Menaggio leaves you five minutes away at the bottom of the quiet road (at the junction with the main road - ask the driver to let you off at the Hotel Sole in San Siro/Rezzonico). Rezzonico itself is a tiny, peaceful village that has kept all its old-world romantic charm. You can wander down to the lakeside and a couple of beaches through the little warren of narrow streets. There's one small grocery shop with all the essentials, and two good restaurants. The whole area is fabulous for walking. There's a wonderful hiking path (nothing too difficult) directly from Rezzonico to Dongo, which takes you along grassy paths, some woodland, quiet country roads with gorgeous views, through a series of hamlets where you feel a million miles from the "chic" Lake Como. The excellent bus service means that, with good planning, you can walk all day and then take a bus back in the evening, usually around 6 or 7 p.m. at the latest, just in time to enjoy an apéritif on your balcony with a view. What can I say... it's Heaven!

Ein wunderbares Zimmer und die Benutzung einer sehr sauberen und mit wirklich allem erdenklichen ausgestatteten Küche und schönem Bad. Für Menschen, die Katzen mögen oder einen Hund mitbringen, ist zu sagen, dass Lucia sehr tierlieb ist! Unser Hund hatte es sehr gut.Lucia weiß, wo man gut Gassi gehen kann. Sie hat einen bezaubernden kleinen Garten mit gemütlichen Sitzecken.Der Blick auf den See vom Balkon aus ist das definitiv Beste.||Wir haben uns sehr gut und sicher aufgehoben gefühlt. Lucia ist offen für Gespräche und Kontakt, ohne zu bedrängen. Sie spricht sehr langsam und so ist auch ihr italienisch für die zu verstehen, die nur wenig sprechen. Vielen vielen Dank, wir kommen nächstes Jahr wieder.

We stay one night in this great place! The place is right on the lake and you can see the beutiful view of lake como was. It is located in a nice and quite location, which reflact the real italy. The owner, Lucia was very very nice and really care about us and wanted that we will have a good time, especially in breakfast which was so good and the coffe was the best we had in Italy!

The first thing that stands out about B&B Miramusi is the extraordinary kindness of Lucia, the owner. From the moment we arrived, she ensured everything was perfect for our stay. Nothing was too much trouble - from getting lovely local treats for our breakfast to offering to change our appartment mid-week so we would have an even better view!||||The appartments are all self-contained with everything needed for a very pleasant stay - kitchen is well equipped, bedrooms roomy and beds comfortable - all spotlessly clean!||||Breakfast is served in Lucia's glass-fronted portico, which has the most wonderful panoramic view of Lake Como and the surrounding area. It was a pleasure to start the day in such a relaxed manner, enjoying local produce whilst watching life go by on the lake!||||B&B Miramusi is ideally placed for both short local trips or longer days out alike. There are three restaurants/pizzeria within walking distance, all offering reasonably priced meals.||||Altogether, a very pleasant stay with a lovely landlady - We shall return and would recommend Miramusi to other travellers.

Location absolument géniale ! Une vue sur le lac de Côme incroyable . Le balcon est un plus incontournable pour savourer les paysages tout en dégustant un bon vin . La location est vraiment en face du lac! La seule chose qui vous importune est le chant des oiseaux et le ressac du lac de Côme . Bref, bien contentes que cette adresse ne soit pas dans le guide du routard , il n y aurait jamais de place!!! Pour couronner le tout, Lucia , la maîtresse des lieux est adorable. ||Vivement la prochaine fois!!||||Sophie

With a great location, a friendly owner and her lovely pets made our stay very memorable for the right reasons. Great coffee and breakfast was an added bonus. My partner was concerned about the lack of air conditioning, staying on August with highs of 39 degrees we had no problems.

Lovely, quiet appartement with an amazing view over lake como. 2 minutes walk to a small and quiet beach. Lucia welcomed us warmly and we had everything we needed. Cozy living room with a fireplace and good cooking opportunity. Everything was clean and tidy. Highly recommend!
