Great primitive camping spot. We brought our travel trailer and were able to find a relatively level spot away from any other campers. The RV hookup spots are very close together so we avoided. Electric only spots are right at the entrance. Close to Fredericksburg and Enchanted Rock where we took day trips.

We went for the Solar Eclipse! It was great! The land was well-maintained. My husband and I were looking for a place in the path of totality after I made the mistake of booking a Day pass for Sunday instead of a camping spot for Sunday. All the state parks were booked to the nines. I then kept zooming in closer to the map and found this place. The lady on the phone, Tia, was really kind and laid back. We came in the evening and navigating to the spot we picked was easy. The next day, we looked around and went for a long walk. The land was well-maintained, beautiful spring flowers everywhere, there was no trash in sight, or suspicious people at all. The ranch is absolutely beautiful ? It was only $10 per person! When we came back to town we were told that there was a different ranch holding an Eclipse Festival and they were price gouging. I’m SO glad we didn’t go to that nightmare and we found this place, instead! Will definitely be back to this hidden springtime gem!

One of my favorite places in Central Texas to camp. Laid back. Close to lots of attractions. Bluebonnets are incredible in the spring.

I'd like to give it one star just to keep people away. It's my favorite primitive campground. It's quiet, spacious, and dark. Go camp somewhere else.

Perfect place for tent camping with family. It’s close to Llano and Fredericksburg and not far from Enchanted Rock. Amazing place to see blue bonnets blooming.

160 Acres with some sites with electricity. Most of it is just open room for camping. There's the occasional picnic table under a beautiful Oak tree. We had four generations of the family helping out during the eclipse but I think typically it's just great grandpa hosting visitors. Well water available - they have to tell you is non-potable although they drink it! Bargain pricing and the wildflowers were spectacular. There's a bath house with very basic facilities, showers and toilets and sink. They had the place nicely mowed when we went there for the eclipse and did not jack up the prices like the rest of Texas. Even during this highly popular event the nearest tent was 1/8 of a mile away. Great spot for camping, especially this time of year, April when it's green and the wildflowers out in full force

What an amazing property! We came late , worried because we thought we might now be able to pay, but they have a very simple drop box that you can pay cash! They have a few roaming cows and sweet dogs, The fields are full of flowers now in April, beautiful views of hills and a killer sunrise. They have lots of picnic tables , fire pits , and so much room for camping. Very quiet as well. Also they have a wash house with working toilets , sinks and showers! $10 per person with 1 free child included!
