Siamo stati bene, il posto è accogliente ed in mezzo al verde, con piscina... un po' decentrato ma abbastanza vicino ai principali parchi divertimenti. Sicuramente una buona scelta. In questa stagione il clima è primaverile, ma ci sono anche pochissime zanzare.

I love KOA campground’s because they’re always clean, safe and well maintained. Spots are wide enough to accommodate our rather large Motorhome. The patio area has secure brick, no broken concrete. A picnic table with no damaged wood and a large metal fire pit. |There’s also a gorgeous, inviting pool with blue water, a laundry room, clean showers and bathrooms. The dog walk area was clean, free of other dog droppings. Bags were supplied and a watering station for dogs to drink fresh, clean water. Something I’ve never seen before was a dog washing station. Very clean. Free parking, an inviting store and close to places to eat. |Past the dog playground was a very inviting kids playground, a bouncy area, put put golf, a tennis court, ping pong table, chess or checker areas and a swing area for adults to gather and chat. They even have small cabins. There were extra parking spaces, handicap parking areas and ramps. Very friendly staff too

We stayed 2 nights before evacuating this morning due to a hurricane. Really grateful for the staff who changed our booking and refunded unused nights.

Loved the pool and hot tub. Sites were large and level. Laundry was good but had pet hair in the machines which went on our clothes. Cheapest laundry facilities we have come across.

Great location if you go to Disney. Uber was about $19

I don't know about the cabins, but the sites are great! The staff is very friendly and helpful. We didn't have a reservation, but they were able to accommodate us with a site that was big enough for our RV and trailer. The location is great, too. Easily access all the local attractions, shopping and interstate. We were there for the Rolling Stones concert, and the KOA campground made our visit very enjoyable.

Very clean! Well maintained sites with new patio furniture, flat level sites are extra long. Salt water pool. Nice kids area with a shaded jump area. Would like to see some adult activities like shuffleboard, bocce ball, pool tables, did have a nice covered patio by the pool for an outdoor gathering spot. Exercise room was hot and not used, needed AC. We went to Hollywood Studios and Universal and both were easy to access and navigate from KOA. Good location.

The cabins are beautiful, well stocked and clean! We had everything we needed. There are soap, shampoo and conditioner dispensers in the cabins, along with dish detergent, K-cups, coffee maker, toaster, microwave and fridge. We did have to contact maintenance for an issue, and the staff was very nice and helpful. Maintenance arrived very quickly (even on Saturday), addressed the issue and immediately made sure we were satisfied. The pool area was clean and well maintained. The store had a lot of options in case you forgot something at home or wanted snacks. We saw staff riding around to check on everyone. The K-9 area was clean and well kept as well as the playground area for children. We will certainly be back to stay again.

Things didn't start off so well. At check-in I was told I was a day early when my reservation made 5 months ago and the emails from KOA including one from 7 days ago had the correct arrival. After showing the guy my emails he said he didn't know why it was changed. After that was straightened out, to get to our pull through sites he said I would have to exit the park and re-enter to pull into our site since it was close to the entrance. Rather than doing that, I unhooked the car, turned our motorhome around and backed into the site. The campground is really nice but it is a smaller campground. And the entrance that they tell you to come in off of Seven Dwarfs is way too narrow and needs to be widened and the curbs removed. Some of the tips were to go to the next left turn where there is no stop light but then you have to take your chances with crossing 3 lanes of traffic which on the road out in front can be pretty difficult depending on the time of day that you arrive. Traffic noise isn't too bad, but the cars playing loud music outside of the park (especially the bass) late at night is annoying.

First of all, we had a great time staying at the park and it does have a great location. HOWEVER!, the whole experience was ruined by one front desk lady, DEBRA!. She was rude and unwelcoming since the second we stepped into this park, she seemed annoyed that we were there, after a few days we decided we wanted to stay a full week, my wife (who is the nicest person ever to exist) was even scared to go talk to her because every time DEBRA was rude to her.

We are close to being hit by a hurricane and asked late afternoon to the staff at the desk (Debra wasn’t there) to see if we could stay one more night, they assured us there wouldn’t be any issues and that they were going to leave a note (to none other than Debra in the morning) well I did not see the charge in my card for the extra night so my wife went there to make sure we were good, Debra right off the bat told her NO our spot was already assigned to someone else (a change she could’ve made since you can’t reserve specific spots online) and that if we wanted to stay we would have to take a spot that costs $30 more. Long story short we are leaving and never coming back until Debra is gone! Debra should retire and go live in a cave somewhere where nobody has to deal with her rude manners and horrible customer service, she absolutely cannot be near that front desk.
