I came here for my birthday girls trip. We had a blast. It was definitely worth the price. We had the guided tour and Marco and Big A were our guides and they were cool, they took pics and had the music. One thing that stood out was during the tour we came to an open area to just drive around on our own and we loved that. I definitely will be back!

Great place! Grounds are well kept. Family friendly! There are grills and cabanas to rent. Also cash only! There is an entrance fee along with fees to rent the ATV’s. Highly recommend for a day out. (Turtle was the MVP for putting up with the noise). Tour guide took us out for an hour on the trails that are monitored by security.

First time atv riding and I LOVED IT! Great prices for the rentals. Upon arrival trying to get clear instructions on where to park was a hassle but, other than that we enjoyed ourselves. (Even brought the parents along and they actually kept up! We had great guides that actually took this photo for us! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!

During my kids Spring break we camped out there at the marina side in a Tent. We roasted marshmallows, Barbequed and enjoyed the beach/river. We used the water slide. It was a whole bunch of fun.

There was a very nice young lady that gave me lots of information and even let me in a couple of days before in order to scout the area. Once I toured the marina side. I was hooked. I made the decision a week before spring break. I can't thank the young lady enough for a awesome stay. We stayed four nights. We would have stayed longer if it wasn't for the thunderstorm with hail.

There are cabins for rent too! A boat slip also. Port a potties in several locations. There are two big ponds , not sure if they are stocked for fishing. A flock of ducks stick to the ponds and roam around also. This place is very well maintained and super clean. No bad marks in my book. Next time I'll bring my four wheelers. In order to enjoy the more adventurous side!

We have a great time here always. You can just cruise or get dirty!! There is a really fun ATV/UTV track as well.....I highly recommend the Taco Pig restaurant. It's there as you turn on to Gulf Pump Rd. Really really good carnitas and carne asada tacos.... Great RV spots on the Marina side with 30/50amp available and septic hookups. This is where we stay. We bring the UTV's and the boat. Dirty and wet!! You can't beat this place 45min from Spring Texas!!

The only bad thing i has to say is that the last few times i've been there, they are not enforcing the rules of the speeding at parking lot or loud and im talking about really loud music late night at campers areas. I've seen kids riding big atvs way too fast for beeing at parking lot. And about the music, i understand 10pm is a little too much but the other day there were some people around 3am and really loud. I know these places are for party, but there are plenty of places to go loud not at the campers areas. Ya'll has to enforce that. But after that is a really good park. They have everything you need right there and if not, everything is close. Less than 5 mins away. And always bring an extra belt. its my opinion so far.

For some background I ATV wherever I travel and this is my first not 5 star for ATV. This place has potential of 5 star but I took off 2 stars due to the tour guide going extremely slow. My group was a group of 3 but we get paired with more people so the tour was 10 riders. In most ATV riding tours there are 2 guides if it’s such a big group. In normal case scenarios one tour guide stays with the slow people while one with people who can go fast. Since we were stuck with one tour guide he went extremely slow and he also had a “I’m bored and I hate this job” attitude. In one spot he said we are free to ride around in the open but then proceeds to point and say don’t go there, there, there, there, and there. Everyone joked in the group and said “then where are we allowed to go?” It was extremely frustrating going this slow. A person could be going for a run and keep up with us. The reason I’m giving the rest of the 3 stars is the course was amazing! It has potential to be the best tour with all the bumps, water, and jumps but the tour guide avoided everything or went so slow that it was all wasted potential. You go under a really cool water sprinkler so prepared to be fully wet! I feel like if the tour is going to be that slow they should slash their price by half because we are barely driving. Check in was easy, there wasn’t a long wait time to start the tour. Make sure you only pay $30 for entry if you are doing a tour, they charge $40 for if you have your own ATV (general admission). They try not to tell you this at the entry gate but the lady taking our money for the tour told us and we had to walk back to the entry gate to get back our $10 each. Wear crocs because you will get muddy.

I love this place and I hope it never closes! I love the security and how the staff are really laid back plus the zero tolerance for acting up or you are gone. For anyone wanting to have a good time with family, this place is cool.
