Came with my grandparents and was assisted by Ron and Josh and the tour was amazing. I love how exciting and fun they were the resort is beautiful and huge with many activities for the full family. The Cabins are clean and spacious & fully equipment:I would recommend to anyone.

Beware of this company. They are just another greedy corporation masking as a "family owned company."

We have a lifetime membership at a campground in New York. I received a phone call on 6/24/24 in the middle of camping season that the campground was purchased by Outdoor Adventures, Inc. in Michigan. I have received no other calls, emails, or communication from the company.

The contact center employee stated that they had changed the entire reservation system for our campground, and are now "assigning sites." This is NOT the membership we signed up for, and why would a company make these changes in the middle of the operating season? That is not how a merger/acquisition process normally takes place; there is normally a transition period.

When I requested cancellation information, I was not provided with anything. The call center employee said she would "put in a case" for another department to call me back to "discuss my options."

This is disturbing and has disrupted our entire summer of camping. Absolutely do not do business with this shady company.

My daughter and I took a great tour given by Ron. Ron was super experienced and so personable. He made us feel very comfortable, everyone sharing personal stories. We liked Lakeshore Resort and seeing all that the resort has to offer-so much fun for family memories.
We are excited to be able to make our own many “outdoor adventures”!

We had a great experience today. Our tour host was John and he was more than great to my entire family. We have 2 littles that attended the tour with us and John was so great and patient with us all. Highly recommend this facility. There are so many things to do for adults and our kids!

My family and I had a great, no pressure visit to check out the campground and all the amenities. Rose was down to earth, personable and funny. Josh was friendly, funny and fully transparent. It was an all around great experience

A resort that I frequently stay at is supposed to be " FAMILY FRIENDLY" but is actually "CERTAIN FAMILY FRIENDLY" !!!!!!!! And the Management has no accountability for anything that happens at this certain resort. I guess management needs to be there first of all.

We had a great time checking out the location on our tour and can’t wait to book our first trip. John was very nice to us and our kids as he went over the details of this incredible location. I highly recommend to anyone who has the opportunity! Thank you John and Joshua for your time!!!
